Donor Connect Introduction

The Donor Connect Introduction video is the first in a series of five that demonstrates the extensive features and functions of the Donor Connect software, speaks to the integration of Donor Connect with RenWeb School Management Software, discusses the data management process from constituent to campaign, and demonstrates internal reporting and communication with your donors.

The Constituent Management video discusses navigation throughout Donor Connect, viewing basic constituent information and identifies the various aspects of constituent information tracked in the program:  Giving Relationships, Giving History, Pledges, Notes and Communication.

The Internal Reporting Features video covers an array of reports that are helpful in communicating internally to your board and administrative team the bottom line giving and pledge totals, comparisons between multiple year giving totals, and projecting income based on pledges.

The Communicating with Constituents video presents a variety of methods by which you can communicate with constituents, as well as maintain tracking of that communication.  From basic giving statements, to customizable thank you notes, to email blasts Donor Connect offers a myriad of options for your communication needs.
